1. Application & Objective Screening
While we review your CV when experience is relevant, we aim to ensure a fair and objective process. That’s why we use recruitment assessments from our trusted partner, Aon Assessment, early in the process.
2. First Interview
You’ll meet with one of our recruitment specialists and the hiring manager. This conversation is all about learning more about who you are, what drives you – and of course, what you know.
3. Second Interview
You’ll meet the hiring manager again, along with another key stakeholder – often a future colleague. This is a chance to dive deeper into the role, the team, and how you might work together. A case exercise may also be included to explore how you approach relevant challenges.
4. References & Background Check
We conduct personal reference checks by phone, and in some cases, we may also carry out a background check at this stage.
5. Offer & Welcome!
If it’s a match – we’ll make you an offer and start the countdown to welcoming you onboard!
