Vow is pleased to welcome Katrine Grønli as Managing Director of C.H. Evensen Industriovner, part of Vow’s Industrial Solutions business unit. She will start in the role on 1 December 2026.

Grønli is an economist by education and brings more than 13 years of experience from Voith Hydro, where she has held several roles and most recently served as Head of OPEX in Fredrikstad. She has extensive experience in the operational management of technical organisations and has been responsible for electromechanical projects within the hydropower industry, covering the full value chain from sales and engineering to project management, site work, workshop operations and commissioning.

She brings strong commercial and operational experience, with a proven track record in developing and scaling industrial businesses. In recent years, she has led the business through a significant growth phase, including the scaling of operations, investments and expansion. During a three-year period, the business more than doubled its order intake, revenue and results.

“We are very pleased to welcome Katrine to C.H. Evensen. Her combination of commercial, operational and leadership experience is a strong fit for the company and for our ambitions within C.H. Evensen,” says Gunnar Pedersen, CEO of Vow ASA.

As Managing Director, Grønli will lead C.H. Evensen and its continued development as part of Vow’s Industrial Solutions business unit.

“C.H. Evensen is built on a strong foundation of technical expertise, craftsmanship and industry experience. What stands out to me is the competence, dedication and customer focus of the employees. Combined with the company’s long traditions, innovative mindset and the strength of Vow, this provides an excellent platform for continued growth and development. I look forward to working with the team to shape the future of the business together,” says Grønli.
